Do I need any special any special Hardware or Software?NO, our service is a pure web based platform independant application. All you need is a computer with an internet connection with a browser installed and you will be access your account anywhere in the world. I only have a dialup connection, can I still use the service? Yes, you can still use our service with a dial-up connection as the high bandwidth requirement is handled by our server and not your computer. It would however be beneficial if you have a fast and stable connection. What kind of languages can I send SMS in? Our service supports sending messages in English as well as other Unicode Languages like Chinese, Thai, etc. How many characters can the SMS message support? Normal SMS (e.g. English) will be able to hold up to 480 characters. A Unicode (e.g. Chinese) SMS will be able to hold up to 210 characters. Both these maximum will be 3 SMS in length. Which networks and countries can I SMS to? You are able to SMS at the same fixed cost to more than 60 countries via our system. You are advised to refer to our COVERAGE MAP to find out where you can SMS to. Countries outside our coverage map can also be reached but we will have to send the SMS for you at a differnt cost level. How much does it cost to send a message to a particular country? You can find out how many credits it costs to send to a particular country by checking our constantly updated Country Rates page. Does your system have API & Backend capabilities? Yes, our application supports API and backend capabilities which will allow you to automate SMS sending by simply hooking it up to your existing website or application. what kind of log files are kept and for how long? You can keep track of your SMS sending and Credit Transfer Log files for up to 3 months afterwhich will be deleted automatically from our system. You can also export the log reports out into excel format for offline checking. How does your appplication's contact management work? WebSMS2u's contact management system is powerful and userfriendly. In addition to keying in your contacts manually, you can import database lists straight into your account via text files in any 3 formats (pipe, tab or comma delimited) which is easily converted from Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, etc. You can also perform grouping, editing and deletion functions as well as exportings contact lists back out to Microsoft Excel File format. Can your service accept incoming messages? Yes, our system is able to accept incoming messages (currently for Malaysia only) when people send SMS (e.g. 'SMS How many incoming messages can I receive? Our packages are all able to receive UNLIMITED INCOMING SMS. Our current packages do not have any limit set so you are free to use our account to receive as many messages as you want. Do you have any Agent or Reseller programs? Yes, please contact us directly at sales@websms2u.com for additional information. Is your service able to delivery messages via whatsapp? If you wish to send and receive messages via the whatsapp platform, you will need to subscribe to https://www.webmessage2u.com/ instead.
